Farmers Cooperative Creamery  FCC is a member-owned cooperative of eighty dairy farmers located as far south as Klamath Falls Oregon, Central Oregon, the Willamette Valley of Oregon and as far north as Chehalis Washington and the Yakima Valley of Washington. FCC is governed by an owner-member Board of Director’s elected by the membership. The Board has hired a CEO to execute their directives in marketing their milk and attending to their business as well as overseeing plant operations and supervision of employees. FCC is dedicated to serving its members, employees, and customers with the highest level of service and integrity possible. We strive to earn the greatest return for the member-owners, by distributing monthly quality premiums, year-end dividends and, when applicable a monthly over market premium. For the employees, FCC pays a competitive wage with health and retirement benefits. We educate and train each employee and provide an environment that they can excel in. Customers are why we exist.
